Order Processing All orders are dispatches from our fulfillment hub in Dubai within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• United Arab Emirates: Complimentary Express Delivery (1–2 business days).

• GCC Region (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain): Express GCC Delivery - AED 50 (2–4 business days).

• Rest of World: Worldwide Express Delivery - AED 80 (3–5 business days).

Tracking & Delivery

Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via email. Recipients are responsible for any local customs fees or import duties levied by international destinations.
